It was a trek for Breast Cancer Care and it really was the most moving programme, not for the celebrities involved, (although they were all very good and supportive) but for the courage of the women who had had Breast Cancer and were doing the trek. They were absolutely amazing.....and I feel truly humbled. It made me resolve not to sweat the small stuff so much..it really was a celebration of life and women ...and the scenery was breathtaking too!
