Soggy run

[Miss Millies Chicken]

Hi

Has anyone used Tarp Grabbers from Tarpaflex If they were fitted thru the clear part of a tarp, would it be strong enough to hold without ripping as soon as the wind blew. Or do they have to be fitted thru the reinforced white edging.

[Ain't Nobody Here]

I've not used them (although I like the idea ).

In my experience, any eyelets/bungees that aren't on the white edging are soon ripped off by the wind . I always reinforce the corners that don't have it with extra bits of the edging.

Thanks for confirming what I suspected.

I have made additonal eyelets using the tarp tape and the eyelets from tarpaflex - mine haven't wripped but i did reinforce them both sides.

I didn't know about the Tarp Grabbers I may order some next time I need some tarp - thatnks for that

Fitted a couple of Tarp Grabbers today. They are more bulky in appearance but are much easier to fit than metal eyelets. A big plus is they can be fitted with the tarp in situ over the run.

I used to use something similar from Millets (see below) and found that the tarp eventually ripped in v strong winds
