Yes it has finally happened!!! Four months of spoiling my little darlings and spending about £500,(!) I can now join in with the egg dance. I have been checking religiously twice a day and yesterday it paid off. I made them (3 light sussex) some porridge as a treat and checked the eglu about 4.30 and there it was - MY FIRST EGG.

It is a beautiful cream colour and weighs 42g - it looks tiny, but oh so lovely and perfect.
