Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

As the name suggests I want to see if anyone has got chooks from Thornes before

Sometimes you just don't know (Like perfect poultry!)

I got my hybrid hens from Thornes in August. Frank the hen man was full of good advice and helped no end, although I did come out with three rather than the two I went for. There was lots of choice and they all seemed very healthy & lively. The runs were in good nick and very clean. I have since registered the girls with an experienced hen vet and she commented on how healthy they all were. There is a good selection of hen bits & pieces to buy there as well.

I'd also thoroughly recommend them, extremely knowledgeable, nice stock and tidy set up

I have 3 Thornes girls I agree with Chookwhisperer and Redwing, lovely birds, great set up and very knowledgeable.

All my girls came from Thornes...the most recent of which was this weekend!!!

 

Definitely recommend them!!
