How can I find my old pictures?

Having seen all the wonderful things you are all making, its got me wanting to do something craft too.

 

Had a mooch around for something chickeny and found a lovely chicken knitting pattern.

 

Havent knitted for years....but just couldnt resist it. Just ordered it and its arrived ok. Off to buy some wool tomorrow and see if I can remember how to knit.

Arrrrrgh finally got some wool in the colour wanted, and the double pointed needles needed... but do you think I can work out the pattern...NO

 

I just cant seem to get started, mind you have never used DNP before and its is an america pattern so sure am missing something.

americans do use some different terms to us but there are plenty of websites that explain the differences. Happy to help out if there are any buts that you find sticky,

I have a whole book of american knitting patterns.......took me a while to work it all out. If you really can't make head or tail of it send me a copy and I will try and translate it for you.
