Unsecure chicken perches

I have tried and tried and tried again but I cannot change my avatar (I would like to put one on of one of my ex batts)...I have cropped the pic which is on my mobile but to no avail...it says it's still too big

 

Can anyone help me please

Are you able to upload it to your computer? if so then photobucket is a good place to resize it

I can't upload a pic at all. I've tried everything I know how to do including photobucket and it still says it's too big - humph!

What size are you resizing it to? Photobucket isn't the most reliable way of doing this - try a free image processing program like Irfanview.
