Hello everyone,

Just noticed a horrible worm in a dropping this morning!

Just wondering whether to go for Verm-X or Flubenvet?

Also what's the best way to keep them away? I keep everything as clean as possible and use stalosan F

etc. Should I worm them and then clean everything super thoroughly?

 

Bit concerned they will go and then they'll just pick them up again, we have so many wild birds around.

I know ACV is a good preventative but I read somewhere you can't use it in galvanized drinkers

which I have..... Any ideas?

Never had a problem with worms but saying that I use Flubenvet every 4-5 months.

I'd recommend Flubenvet quarterly to keep the worm level down. I use Bio Dri in the run to keep the worm egg level down and it seems to work well - they thrive on it.

Great, I've ordered Flubenvet.

Maybe a big clean and extra Stalosan will keep them away and I'll do regular de worms.

Fingers crossed they go quickly, I really can't handle anything parasitic
