An eglu & run (value £250), 4 hybrid hens (value £40) or 2 pure breeds (value £40). I chose the hybrids because we've had an egg drought since September. The hens were given to me with the 2 eggs they laid and on the way home they all laid so I had 6 eggs all of my very own Note to self: Must get out more and have more interesting dreams. BUUTTTTTT Just been out to feed birds and there is an egg A whole egg Its white under the filth so its from one of the bantam polands. I am just so so so excited, more than my very first egg ever I think. I've even put some cheap fizz on ice Note to self: You really must get out more and have a more interesting life!
