During the really icy weather the water in my glug froze so many times that two of the nipples have detached and bits fell out never to be found in Easibed. Although the others work it drips water where the broken ones are. Are replacements available?

They used to be but I can't find them in the online shop. Maybe try ringing Omlet?

They've changed the Superglug design but should still have some spares
