My wellies are flowery .. Page 22 chicken Gallery, Sarahs new wellies and run for the chooks. They got laughed at today (wellies that is) .. or maybe I was laughed at, , anyway I LOVE my wellies, and the chooks peck at the flowers on them.

I've got stripy wellies, and I love them, shades of pale green, a maroony brown, white and I can't remember what else They make me feel cheerful just tugging them on Only from Homebase, got the 1/2 price in the end of spring/ beginning of summer sale, but they're back up to full price now.

There's something about wellies that makes me want to go and splosh in puddles though. Most of the time I put on a sensible, mature, I'm a grown-up front, put on wellies and the supressed 5 year old emerges

I am now the proud owner of wikes wellies. I have pin kclog pair for donig the Eglu run, but thought I was in need of some proper ones for our canal boat trip this weekend. So - off down to my local shops and came back with some pink / yello / green / white / clear ones. Don't really know how else to describe them! Only £14 - bargain

i did a DIY job on my wellies for when i went to leeds festival. painted big orange polkadots all over them! they looked just as good as they do in the shops, honestly!

Where did you get the clogs from? I'm looking for a glam pair. I love my pink Boden (children's size) wellies, but need something easier to slip on wehn running out to the Eglu.

I've seen them in our local garden centre Clare. I'm sure you can pick them up in most places. (They also comes in pea green, orange and bright yellow)

Thanks for the offer Lesley, but a size 3 is even a bit big for me as I have doll-sized feet at 2.5! - Murder getting shoes to fit, but I can get kids casual shoes cheaply!

 

Having said that, if you come across a jazzy pair in size 3, please could you get them and bring them along on Saturday? Don't go to any trouble scouting around though.
