Laura007 Posted May 16, 2007 Share Posted May 16, 2007 ok everyone, suggestions please for a nice addition for shortcrust pastry to go on an apple pie. i thought the addition of cinnamon would be ok, or to maybe add some cheese. we had an apple pie in canada that had layers of monteray jack in with the apple and it was just fab. suggestions please all knowing ones.
