Henergy
Is it normal for a hen to be so pecky - she is obviously the dominant of the two and runs like the wind as soon as I come round the corner expecting treats. I went in & fed some wax worms that were left from yesterday. When they ran out she still kept jumping & then bit mu finger so hard that it started to bleed. I'm pretty ok with it but I'm worried she'll frighten the children so any advice would be lovely.

Geoid
If my chickens peck me, I give them a quick spray from the hose, they soon get the message
Egluntyne
It might be an idea to not always carry treats. Get her used to you being around without proffering mealworms and the like. You could try clicker training her or whistling or similar only when you have the treats, so that she associates that with food, and learns to ignore you without these signals.
