Mollie333
Evening everyone! I went out earlier to find ''cheeping'' coming from the eggs under Lavender, a broody Pekin bantam, they haven't cracked yet. I keep going out and looking at them. Hopefully i'll have some chicks in the morning. I CAN'T WAIT! Update! I have two beautiful Pekin chicks drying up under Lavender! Both are dark colours, hard for me to make out just yet. Lavender is doing good, and is a brill mother. Pictures when they have fluffed-out! Edited April 18, 2011 by Guest

Mollie333
I had two chicks hatch this morning. Sadly one died, i don't know why, it looked quite weak from the start.. Poor thing. I still have one chick under Lavender fluffing up, and another egg is pipping. There is 8 eggs under her now. I wonder how many will hatch?
