Chicken shack
That looks great!!! Wow, the garden looks huuge! Do you think you could get away with a keeping a cockerel there? Not sure, I have ordered the title deeds to check on the covenants about keeping chickens. You are not allowed to put up boundry fences so it looks much bigger than it is, mind you compared to my tiny garden it is huge. One house has a pool and they have fenced it in so I am hoping I can have a walk in run and allow them to free range when I am in the garden. Yesterday when I went back to have a sneaky veiw without the agent there was a muntjac dear in the garden and they eat everything so a few chickens wandering about shouldn't be too much of a problem. There is also ducks wandering around.

Old Speckled Hen
Oh fingers crossed for you Our house has been on the market for nearly two months. The plan is to go into rented accommodation THEN look. We want to downsize and get some land. There are so many lovely places but I have stopped looking till we sell. foulbird
good luck with it all, Chicken Shack! I'm in the opposite position to you - got an offer from the first person to view our house but still haven't found anywhere to go to. So, if anyone knows of a three bedroom bungalow with kitchen, dining, sitting, bathroom, in Cambs, Suffolk or Norfolk which is within 2 hours drive of the eastern side of Norwich let me know! OSH we are unable to move into rented accomodation because my husband has large machines which will cost a fortune to move. Good luck to you.
