2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

I am considering putting a cube at each end of my cube train, has anyone done this? I already have a large door in the middle of my run and have the end with the small door sectioned off with a spare side panel to create a 1m 'sin bin' for my broodies. I was just thinking I could just as easily attach another cube and move the small door in a meter My chickens free range and only use the cube train for sheltering in, the cube nest box is often a source of great noise as they all decide they want to lay at once and all 'want to be alone'! I wouldn't necessarily increase the flock , but there would be more laying space (although half of the hens are permanently broody

 

I would have to acquire a second cube first when OH isn't looking!

I love the idea! I think Omlet should bring out run extensions in the form of junctions because a Cube T or a Cross would be awesome!

, it could be just like building a brio train track - great fun, although a little more pricy!

Falkor did just this, the whole thing was extremely impressive and goodness knows how many metres long! she used spare door panels to section off parts of the run so it could be used as one long run or in sections

I've been imagining the same thing in my garden too.

 

I definitely think it will work most effectively, especially making the nest box shouting fill less of their day.
