How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

Hi all, i have a brinsea mini eco incubator and turned it on today and there is a problem! The red light is flashing and when i opened it up the fan is not going round just moving a bit as if its stuck. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be, am gutted as i have only just brought it a few weeks ago(second hand), it was fine when i first used it. Typically i have some hatching eggs arriving today and the hen that was showing broody signs seems to have snapped out of it! So now i have 6 pekin eggs with nothing to hatch them with, what a blow! Any ideas please!

Contact Brinsea as they have a 2 year guarantee which the seller should have passed on to you. The eggs will be OK for a few days, keep them cool and turn them.

Thanks, the part came this morning and the incubator is working. I lost one of my pekins today(posted in chicken clinic). I feel so sad i dont know if i can go through with hatching more chicks. The eggs are ready and waiting it would be a shame to waste them. Just dont know what to do, feel so disheartened about everthing at the moment.Sorry to be having my own pity party today!

Sorry to hear that, I've lost 3 in the last 3 weeks - hard not to feel disheartened

How awful, sorry about that. I guess the more hens we have the more likely it will be that we lose some. Its still hard though! Lets hope we have a better time of it for a good while!

Hi, well i have taken your advice and the eggs are in! Thought it would be a nice way to remember little millies passing. Will keep you posted on any progress. Its going to be harder this time as the 3 lavender pekins that hatched 2 weeks ago are being looked after by my dear sussex hen, so will have to look after the new chicks myself! Much harder i think. Oh well it keeps me out of mischief( chance would be a fine thing)!
