moochoo Posted July 19, 2011 Share Posted July 19, 2011 It's been a while since we've had hens and I've really missed them so off we went this morning to http://www.cottagegardenchickens.co.uk/ near Bridgenorth, Shropshire. Well what a suprise. They have a fantastic selection of L/F and pekin bantams all at varying ages from chicks to year olds. All looked in fantastic condition and in good housing. Paul the owner is lovely and very knowledgable about his hens. We've visited a few places over the week but have been sorely disappointed. I'm so pleased we took the journey to cottage garden chickens. I've placed my order to collect next week. 6 lovely pure breed ladies will be making themselves at home soon.
