johnandkymberley
Got home tonight and found one of our hens has water running from her eye onto her beak and down her wattle and she sneezed very loudly about 4-5 times in the space of 20-30 minutes. She's been sleeping outside for the last couple of weeks (it's quite chilly outside due to the lack of summer weather), when we were out there it was giving us goose pimples. Is this serious, could it be due to the fact that she's sleeping outside?
Egluntyne
It could mean any one of a number of things. Keep an eye on her and if she seems ill, she ought to go to the vet. You could try some citricidal in her drinking water in the meantime.
Snowy
I agree, unlikely to be due to her sleeping outside, more likely a respiratory infection or even a foreign body in her eye. Try citricidal in the water and the vet if she doesn't improve/gets worse.
