chestnutmare
I've never tried megazorb but I have used rapport and bedmax on the chickens and horses - rapport every time! I have found it to be much more absorbent and smells good too. For the run I use hardwood chips from B&Q. I used to have to top up regularly when the was in soil but now my girls are in a WIR on concrete I can see it lasting much longer. As for depth I'd say just cover the floor... very techincal aren't I? I use the rapport in the nesting box.
Egluntyne
I've used Rapport when my supplier can't get hold of Aubiose. It is fine ... a bit lighter, but it smells nice.
Mercedes55
I use Rapport because it's cheaper than Aubiose and does the job just as well
