LolaLayla
I usually knit but recently went to a crochet tutorial. I really want to practise what I learned so wonder if you have any ideas of small projects I could do? I have so many UFOs I should really not start on something else However maybe just a small thing like baby bootees or simple baby jacket would be ideal. We were taught the basics and made a flower. I have had a look on Revelry, but we were warned to watch out for US patterns as they could confuse us. Attic 24 is lovely too but I don't have the time to make a blanket. I would be grateful for any ideas. Thanks
Plum
I found it ok translating the American patterns. A dc is a treble here and a sc is a dc here. If you google it there are explanations. I've just changed from English to American pattern and say both in my head but I'm just a beginner to crochet.
LolaLayla
Thanks Plum. As long as it's no more complicated than that I'll give it a go. I have been keen to get started on something today but I have had to clean both the eglus and move the rabbit, then I started in the garden...........anyway looks like rain so I will get out my stuff
