Soooooooo excited my is coming today,my big girls are going in it I hope they like it as they can sometimes be a bit fussy with changes,the bantams and frizzle are getting the wooden house as they are in a converted rabbit hutch and homemade run at the moment and squabbling a bit so hope the space chills them out.

Fingers crossed it comes earlier in the day so its already for bed time.

One more thing im trying to add a piccy of my chooks for my avatar but keeps coming up too big what size do you have your avatars at as I have tried all different sizes and it still doesnt like it ???

Would love to see some pics, I have one on my Christmas list, but need to build a WIR first so will probably wait until spring now. Love my 3 Hybrids to bits, currently living in a but would love to add some pure breeds to the mix. Patience is a virtue, or so I'm told

I know cheeky chook, I haven't been on the forum for a while. Been very busy but talking to you lot doesnt help with the morehens. I want them all now and I only looked in for an hour today!

Will have to plan the WIR and hope Omlet do some offers on the cube in the winter. Then I can have some fun looking at breeds. Except I ended up looking at breeds this afternoon instead of working. Would love a cream legbar.......just trying to stay patient......

It came at 9.30am yesterday morning and me and daughter slowly put it together (it was bloomin hot) it is beautiful and my girls looooooove it.They even all laid an egg in the nest box today which they havent done for week so they must love it .I aqcuired a orange grub instead of a purple but received my purple in the post this morning so now have both,so have food on inside and outside of run.

Bantams and frizzle are enjoying the bigger run and house and havent heard any squawks from baby so pecking has stopped thankfully.

Have been enjoying watching them figure out the ladder but they all managed them fine and have been up and down looking inside and have even drank from the glug,so will post some piccys soon.

I love that purple cube What a glorious colour. I also really like their 'welcome home' card The 'bums in the air' in a circle picture is good too. I keep trying to take one of these with my flock but sombody always pops their head up or turns around
