I bought this yesterday with some Birthday money. Have been watching the TV series of Home Cooking made easy. A great book & half price at Waterstones £10 instead of £20. Lovely, lovely book!

I think that the Book People have it for £6.99, we have her first book but have way too many cookery books, although I am tempted by either The Great British Bake Off one or Mary Berry's baking bible at the moment, not to mention the new River Cottage veg.

Bought the baking made easy one from Asda for £10 at the same time as my copy of 'Great British Bake Off' - I'm having issues though as if I look up similar recipes the 'tips' contradict each other! She says to use cooking spray to grease tins etc, and Paul Hollywood says to never do that as it makes it slippery Confusing!

I think Lorraine Pascale is into quick 'faff free cooking, where as Paul Hollywood takes his time & his Pattiserie skills are an art.

I'd go by what it says in each book.
