Patricia W
I think my son ( an avid windsurfer) used to wrap it well and send by something like DHL. Not sure if that helps?
Tweety
I used uShip to courier a double bed from Cheshire to Surrey, and it cost £58. All you do is enter the details of the item on the website, and couriers will quote for doing the job. It worked very well for me.
rachel19
Shiply is the same and very good (we've used it for transporting cars etc - kind of like a reverse ebay. You put on there what you want to send and where its going to and couriers bid against it getting lower and lower in cost and you can choose the one you want. Very good.
