Cheeky Chooky
Feeling very happy today I decided to take the plunge and order an Omlet WIR and extension, which are now booked to be delivered and assembled by the lovely Omlet Man, in 2 weeks time but the most wonderful thing of all was that I had my first cuddle with each of my girls today They are just the sweetest little bundles of featheryness and I can't wait for tomorrow morning for more of the same! memphisto
Awwww chicken cuddles are the best, those first cuddles are so lovely, you know that they trust you and recognise you. Good for you ordering your WIR, I can't wait to order my cubes and WIR's in the new year. What a lovely start to the weekend
Cheeky Chooky
Thanks Awwww chicken cuddles are the best, those first cuddles are so lovely, you know that they trust you and recognise you. Yep I haven't wanted to be pushy and scare them so I've left it until now. I've spent a lot of time sitting on my little stepping stone with the run door open and they've been happy to be around me...and the lunch time corn, fed by hand has been great; they watch me come out of the back door now and when I say 'chook chook chooks' they know I've got something for them Can't wait to get the WIR now so I can get in there with them

memphisto
My hybrids are like that, if I go to the shed, they know that is where their food is kept and they come in for treats!
chickanne
But them they give the game away by waddling into the kitchen so that OH realises they have been allowed in whilst he's not there !!
