snowberry
I run a page on FB for a tv show presenter; one member insists on 'popping in' frequently & stirring things. He insists on mentioning how involved & necessary he is (this is bragging to unspeakable proportions!). I don't mind that; however it does irk me the way he does so. It's to score points & upset the apple cart (so to speak). I do know that he does have occasional contact with the presenter, so I do not want to upset relations between ourselves. I try to ignore it but quite frankly he is going to get a ban if this carries on; how do I do this without him sniping to the presenter? x
Cinnamon
I too run a couple of pages. It's often not easy,is it? Firstly, you could delete what he has posted,if you as admin feel that it is damaging to the group. You could also block or delete him, then set the group do that you have to approve anyone joining. Are you in contact with the presenter yourself,or is it more of a fan page, because I would speak to him about it to be honest,as I am sure he wouldnt want that sort of thing happening either. soapdragon
I agree with Cinnamon; if you are able to, speak to the presenter and explain whats going on and how awkward you feel and ask his/her opinion. You can always say that you don't want to upset anyone but feel it needs addressing sensitivley before it really gets out of hand!!!!!! Good luck!
