Chicken shack Posted February 5, 2012 Share Posted February 5, 2012 (edited) DH went down to the river to feed the swans and geese and found an injured blue jay. He summond me and I was able to catch it. He/she was draggings its wing. Its little feet wrapped round my fingers and it bit me and would not let go. fisty little . We put it in a box and after phoning round the RSPCA are comming to collect it in the morning. It has a punk like hair do longish beak and is very pretty. Not sure, but it did have blue on its wings and tuffted head. I was preocupied trying to get it off my finger and into a box to have a good look.
