New hens not going into Eglu Go Up

I have just put the tv on and the sky guide works but when you select a station the info at the bottom of the screen appears and then a message saying that there is a technical fault and to try later. All the stations seem to be the same.

 

Anyone else having this problem or is it something to do with my tv or setup.

I'd unplug it and leave it for a few minutes and then boot it up again.
