Lesley
Do handbags count! I rushed off to the hospital last Monday to be with my granddaughter and after being caught out in January and ending up staying overnight I shoved some things in my bag, lip salve, toothbrush, hairbrush etc. - when I next looked for my lip salve I found everything covered in strawberry jam Erm..... that would be the little pot of jam I liberated from the restaurant on Sunday when we'd been out for Mother's Day At least it made granddaughter smile as I emptied my bag onto her hospital table. chickencam
I made my children laugh a few years back when I had popped into the shops for some chillies and had put them into my handbag, I asked one of them later that afternoon to pass me my hairbrush from my bag and they found the chillies and thought that I had finally gone gaga gaga
Alis girls
This should probably go on "nasty niffs " in chicken section but OH was convinced something had "died" in fridge. Spent a good hour cleaning darn thing - Fridge manufacturers should be shot - soo many nooks and crannies for germs to lurk An hour later and much cursing and shouting as couldnt get shelf back in "it came out why wont it go back in bloomin thing" this bought OH running to see me head in fridge. Culprit of smell might have been a pat of butter wearing a fur coat Naomi Campbell wouldve been proud to wear - 2 carrots way past best and a sad lettuce. So moral to anyone deciding to pop in for dinner probably better not you might catch summat although lord knows how long the butter had been there. It is now sweet smellin and good
mostin
You guessed it... the first child had collected the books, put them in the drawer and thrown up into the drawer closed the drawer and not said anything Fantastic! There is still a stain in the spare room (used to be my room) on the carpet, at my mum and dads house. "Santa" always put an apple and an orange in my stocking and in the excitement of x-mas morn I must have just flung them somewhere. 6 months later I found a squishy rotting pile under the bed .
