Geri Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 We have had our Eglu (purple cube) for one week tomorrow , along with our 4 girls; 2 Pepperpots, Shelly and PEggy, 2 Gingernut Rangers, Mavis and Freda. PEggy laid her first egg on Friday morning around mid-day and has laid one every day since almost 1 hour earlier every day and a little bigger every day too. We are so proud and can't wait for the other girls to follow. We were so thrilled with the Eglu and the bits and pieces that came with it, we have now ordered covers - an extension and the netting with a door to complete the set. We have 3 small logs in the run that they love to sit on, not that they rest very often - so busy all the time. The adore mealy worms and we have given them bits of boiled veg chopped up.
