gluten free dog biccies

I make them by liquidising liver, a little gluten free flour/rice flour/oat flour, a raw egg or two and some garlic and mint granules. Spread onto a baking tray which is lined with greaseproof paper, bake on a low-ish heat until that one side is hard then use a fish slice to flip it over and bake again until it has a hard-ish, leathery feel to it. Then I break it up into wee bits and freeze in small bags to use as needed.

 

You can also make it with sardines.
