Henergy
I am currently being plagued by something pooping near my veggie plot ! I know its not the chickens as they have their own enclosure, and its not our dog as he is not allowed in the veg area & its fenced off from him. My first thought was cat but generally that usually stinks bad & it doesn't. Any ideas ? http://www.flickr.com/photos/designsbyisis/7105939635/in/photostream
Luvachicken
I've never seen badger poo maybe it could be that. I've had similar poo in the garden but just assumed it was a fox, but if you say it doesn't smell then I'm not sure . I'm sure someone will identify it for you though. Henergy
I'm unsure about badger - its in an area that's totally fenced all around - they don't climb do they ?
sjp
fox poo is normally black and small it dosn't always smell it could be a cat or a dog on a very dry diet or have been eating grass. I get cats that poo on the lawn from time to time
TheGirlsMum
I would say fox......badgers usually try to dig themselves a toilet for their poo! Both normally small but once dry is not too bad. Can you tell I walk my field picking poo? Nothing worse than a dog, pony or worse daughter rolled in poo!
