Take part in study on PFAS 'forever chemicals' in eggs

Have just rescued a Dutch dictionary and 2 pairs of ear defenders from the landfill bin. Thrown away earlier by OH

 

The dictionary will go to a charity shop along with a few other books and the ear defenders will go to school to be part of the role play area. Might have to rummage around to find out what else he has thrown away!

Well rescued! It's always great to find a new life for things

 

My OH is always keen to "have a clear out". Somehow he always seems to concentrate on my stuff though

 

He also has a really irritating habit of offering my stuff to other people in a way that it is hard for me to back track and retract the offer without looking mean. For example his sister mentioned she wanted a new watch and he said "oh we've got one in a drawer, never worn. You can have that one." followed by an indepth description and how much it would suit her. Yeah, MY watch that I'd found at such a good price that I bought it as a keep until current watch gave up. Just hope my current one doesn't break now...
