Best advice is to leave him where he is, and resist the temptation to step in - mum and dad will be looking out for him, and are more likely to come back if he's left alone.

 

There's a really useful thread here written by Chucky Mama last year, I will bump it up as others are likely to come across these.

The one I found fell right out in the chickens area by the door of the cube - I'd found a dead one the day before which they'd found before me. Luckily I found this one before I let them all out or he'd have been another tasty mouthful in 2 seconds! Otherwise I quite agree about leaving them where they are.

 

I think they had both been tipped out of the nest by the squirrels who also live up the tree in the chicken area
