amys garden Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 That's interesting Dogmother as my girls had Farmgate layers pellets when they came to us they seemed to like the stuff and there poo smelt fine I wouldn't say they went mad for it like meal worms or corn though.. Then again I haven't tried Smallholders or Garvo yet... jackian Posted June 26, 2012 Share Posted June 26, 2012 After not able to get garvo and having my girls turn their beaks up at the basic pellets from our local pet shop which was nothing but a load of dust , I have changed to Growers Pellets with Bokashi from Wiggley wigglers ..They love them. JS1 Posted June 26, 2012 Share Posted June 26, 2012 I use Organic Feed Company pellets - are they actually the same company as Smallholders and Allen and Page, does anyone know? I know the websites are linked. I used to get them delivered but got too many burst bags (and unsympathetic retailers who seemed to think that because it was in a delivery bag (along with other goods), it wasn't a problem).
