craftyhunnypie
I presume a lot of her stock have now gone to pastures new. Correct me if I'm wrong. Emma.x

Redwing
I think like many other people the constant rain has taken its toll here and the sheer number of birds was becoming a chore and not a pleasure, the feeding and watering routine along with basic checks was taking 3 hours a day and I wanted to get a better balance between the time spent with the other animals I have given up a few breeds and passed my breeding birds to others to continue the good work A few birds have gone to Ireland to be part of a breed improvement programme Its also the time of year when my hatching is virtually non existant and I start to look at the youngsters I have with the show season in mind So nothing too dramatic or worrying
Margaret
Oh thanks for that Redwing, I always smile when I see your huge list of animals It always makes me laugh, especially when you popped along to Wernlas (think that how you spell it) to have a look and came back with most of the stock Didnt want to look nosy but I think because we all chat on here it feels like we are all friends after all these years.
