good_egg
Im sitting watching my girls put themselves to bed. They are up and down the ladder like yo-yos. I've never noticed so much faffing about before - do other peoples do this?
zakjon-98
Mine do this all the time. I have one that is always last to bed and paces the run till she works it out
Cheeky Chooky
Yep...perfectly normal They definitely have their order and some go straight to bed and stay put whilst others muck about for ages Gotta love 'em
wannabe smallholder
Same here too! We call it the 'Going to bed dance', first the perch, then on top of the coop, then in and out and in again. Funny girls! Xx
good_egg
Glad they are normal (well ish anyway)! Poor Connie got a bit confused as all of the rest had gone to bed and she could hear them - tried to fly into the best box through the base of the cube. Sometimes think her wee tufts head makes her miss obvious things, like the ladder!
wannabe smallholder
Our florence sometimes decides to take flight during the 'Go to bed dance', pity she's in a run 6 ft high with a roof on top!
