So Martha one of my babies laid her 1st egg today Yay!!!!! Was a little bit to find her little egg, bless! She had been crouching for a few days and was popping up and down to the nestbox.

 

Let's hope the others follow suit.....it will be lovely to have eggs again!! Totally made my day

I got all excited today too.... Saw from the window there was an egg in the run... Raced out... And it was the rubber egg turfed out of the nest box.... Boo... Disappointment sets in!!

Well Martha is a star!!! She seems to be laying every other day and bless her she laid her first egg in the nestbox and no fuss...or noise about it!!!! Molly my gold partridge lets everyone know when she has laid!!!!

 

Now thinking maybe her sister Florence may has also have started...but not sure! " Got and eggs in a row the other day?? She looked to me the one who would start first and she also goes in and out of the nest box, but haven't actually seen her sitting in there and then collected and egg!!If only I didn't have to go to work??

 

Going to eat my lovely eggs with hubby at the weekend....probably have dippy eggs....hum yummy!!!
