OH and I are going to see The Who and Bruce Springsteen at the SECC in Glasgow in June .

 

We've both seen both bands (before we met each other) back in the '80s.

Ooh, I'm a little bit jealous about the Who

 

OH was keen to go, and neither of us have seen them, but decided against it after we saw the ticket prices

(especially as it's for only half the band!)

We felt the same but then OH got an email from The Who fanclub thingy which he's been a member of for yonks and the tickets were about half the price and on sale a day early - so we thought, what the heck .

 

We're not really having a big holiday this year so that was another excuse we used .

Last summer I went to Falmouth to see The Damned Even before I was a teenager, I was a goth & quite honestly, I don't think you ever stop being one It was slighly strange to see lots of my neighbours & frinds, mainly middle aged blokes from my village there I managed to get right to the front, & jumped up & down alll evening, not acting my age at all Daughter would have been horrified

Yes I'm going too,to Belfast show 10th June(my birthday).I had forgot to ring at 9am and suddenly remembered at 1pm and rang Odyssey arena expecting them to be gone so was delighted to get tickets
