In the spring/summer I want to let my chooks out of their WIR and free range a bit inside some Omlet netting. I have read the reviews and although Omlet have increased the height to 1.25m people are still finding that their chickens are still able to fly over. (Mine did this when I had the 1 metre stuff ! )

Is there any body out there who can suggest a sort of covering to go over the top of the netting , perhaps fastened with Rapstraps or cable ties, so that the blooming things can't flap their way out? I would only have a small area enclosed so surely something could be done  Of course it would not be fox proof but that's not the idea. I would only let the hens out when we were there.

I was thinking maybe about gardener 's fleece or something similar. Any ideas anyone?
