nin-chicken
I posted this in the 'eggs' section but afterwards thought this but might be better... I'm trying to be more adventurous with my use of eggs and not just boil/scramble or make eggy bread (yum). Can anyone recommend a good book full of egg recipes please? Thanks
Leicester_H
Hi I bought (and like) "Eggs" [Paperback] by Michel Roux (Author) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Eggs-Michel-Roux/dp/1844003116/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1392830603&sr=1-1&keywords=1844003116 H

Luvachicken
I have an ancient book from my Mum called The Book of Egg Cookery, published by The British Egg Information Service On Behalf Of The Eggs Authority. It is a hard back book with a spiral wire down its edge. I don't know if you can still get it but it does have a lot of egg recipes in it. Also, how about Hens in the Garden, Eggs in the Kitchen by Charlotte Popescu.
