If you really want to hurry it up, then some lukewarm water, towel dry or use a hairdryer if she'll tolerate it. I'm guessing she's dunking her head in the water when she drinks. Chicken Little used to like me to put her in the utility room sink and wash her with dog shampoo and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Then give her a blow dry. She loved the blow dry.
