Hi a customer of mine is thinking about getting 2 or 3 chickens for fresh eggs, but I have noticed a family of urban foxes that live about 5 gardens away, do you think they would be much of a problem?

 

Suggestions for housing or measures to prevent problems. Will defo be showing my client Omlet products

Omlet products all the way for me. Walk in run is best thing I ever got

If they have foxes in the area, then they'd be best with a secure walk-in run with the housing inside.

 

Slabbed/concrete base to the run, good gauge weldmesh on the panels, take it down to a skirt about 18" from the run panels, then slab on top of that. Weldmesh panels on the roof with a clear plastic covering such as corrugated plastic or polycarbonate.
