gavclojak
Does anybody else keep a poultry medicine book? I have kept one ever since getting my girls, I find it really helpful to check worming dates and any medication including ivermectin they have had. I thought it was a legal obligation but maybe I am wrong, if any of you want one it's available to download from my vets at http://darwinvets.com/sites/darwinvets.com/files/Poultry%20Medicine%20Book.pdf
Beantree
We use an alphabetic index book Gavclojak. Just put the chicken's name on the page and then write notes underneath. Does get rather messy if they are repeatedly sick and you are trying lots of things though!
Claireabella
Thanks Gavclojak, that's really useful. I'll be using it
