Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

I need to get my roof completely relaid sometime in the next 5 years Knew it was coming sometime as the tiles are terracotta and just gradually degrading due to age.

 

We have 2 flat roof's which were redone a few years back by a great roofer and don't need to be touched but the roofer sadly had died when we got back in touch about the main roof (heartattack @ 50 ). We got some repairs to the main roof carried out a couple of years ago by a company touted as a highly recommended 'family' firm but they subcontracted the work to a couple of Eastern European roofers who seemed very pleasant and competent (although of course we couldn't get on the roof to see what was done and inevitably there was some additional recommended work not included on the original quote) so overall I felt deceived by the main company as talking to the roofers they sent it was clear they hadn't worked for this company before they'd just been contracted for our roof so not sure what quality checks they had done on their workmen. I'd have expected new roofers taken on to be supervised by an existing member of the company initially.

 

I need new felt as well but roof timbers are sound. I may not do this until next summer but wanted an idea how much it will cost (and if it's not as scary as I fear we may just go for it now).

 

So does anyone in Berkshire/Bucks/Oxfordshire area have any good recommendations ?
