Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

I have a bread machine and make the rolls for everyone's lunchpacks but it's a bit ordinary. I make white, wholemeal or a mixture, boom -sorted!

I thought I would top them with something when I bake them, like cheese but with what? Cheese and rosemary sounds nice but would it taste nice. I never experiment because I don't want to ruin a whole batch.

What do you do or what do you think would work?

What about some pumpkin or poppy seeds? Cheddar is nice and you could add some very finely chopped onion to it or, as we sometimes do with a whole loaf, add cheese and onion to the actual mix or could substitute onion powder?
