patsylabrador Posted December 15, 2015 Share Posted December 15, 2015 I have a bread machine and make the rolls for everyone's lunchpacks but it's a bit ordinary. I make white, wholemeal or a mixture, boom -sorted! I thought I would top them with something when I bake them, like cheese but with what? Cheese and rosemary sounds nice but would it taste nice. Cheddar is nice and you could add some very finely chopped onion to it or, as we sometimes do with a whole loaf, add cheese and onion to the actual mix or could substitute onion powder?
