Decided I'd feed my first ever broody hatch on the Garvo range, expensive but looks amazing & the chicks luv it

So, guilt propelled me to generosity & a treat for the laying flock; mixed a small bag of alfamix layers in with their normal pellets......BIG mistake. Oh they luv it too, so much so they're picking it out & not touching their usual pellets!!

Mine have Garvo pellets and I buy the little bags of treat mix too to go in a treat ball.

The treats come in a 600g bag and is full of shrimps and seeds that they love.

Quite expensive but would rather give them things that are made for them.

I would stick to pellets so that they get balanced nutrition.
