Cinnamon
Do you have a Wyevale garden centre near you? I bet they have hermits in their pet department. I know they have tree frogs! Wyevale don't keep any live animals in their stores anymore. Some sort of insurance thing,I think That said animals aren't allowed to be listed on Ebay either, are they? craftyhunnypie
There is a Wyevale on the way to Chester and they had animals last week. Lots of lovely bunnies, guineapigs, hamsters, lovebirds, cockatiels, budgies, finches & Quail! Fell in love with the quail. They also had gerbils, mice, rats & an aquarium. I wouldn't go in the aquarium as I had spotted these tree frogs in the doorway of the aquarium bit - so I kept well away. Another garden centre called Grosvenor has a large selection of animals too. Think I'll stick to chooks! Emma.x
Cinnamon
Oh, maybe they have sorted it out. I did read in the paper earlier though that they weren't keeping livestock any more. That said my local one does, but they have a seperate franchise pet shop which isn't in the actuall centre, but in the grounds I would have fallen for the Quail too..................
