Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hi there,

I have just got two baby guinea pigs. One is an Alpaca and one is a Merino (both boys). Just wondered if anyone else on here has either of these breeds?

I haven't had guinea pigs since I was a kid but a recent reunion with an old friend reminded me how cute and friendly they are. Also handy for eating left over fruit and veggies, not too mention producing compostable output!

Have to hope they make friends with the chooks.

We have two piggies not rare breeds! Just bog standard smooth short haired things. I'm sure they'll settle in well. Our boys have had a hard time over the summer as the new girlies (chooks) have taken first place on the kids entertaimnment scale. I now have to remind them to handle and care for them whereas before the chooks this was not a problem.
