Hi Kaz,

I may have missed something, but you only have eggs, scrambled, on a sunday?

When ours start laying I imagine we will be eating eggs everyday!

Why do you plan your meals like this? Diet, healthy eating?

I have made lots of changes to our eating recently, making it more healthy, increasing certain things that I feel we were lacking - mainly proteins and to reduce the cost of the weekly shopping bill.

Us too Lesley

Hi Kaz, nice to see you back

I think I might give your meal plans a go

Have to change the lunches though as we are both out at work, so no jacket spuds for us

My last cholesterol check was better but still not good enough (I have the inherited version of high cholesterol :( )

I've got 6 months to do something about my weight or increase my meds.

I'm being referred to the local Leisure Centre as there is a scheme where you attend twice a week, for 12 weeks, with a personal trainer.
