Beantree Posted December 3, 2022 Share Posted December 3, 2022 We seem to be in a triple epidemic at the moment. 9th wave of Covid with cases rising 40% a week, flu and pneumonia. Friend contacted me last week to say he's had Covid and flu; the flu was the worst of the two. He also mentioned that his rental property in England has been sold. He was worried that the UK would introduce the same legislation that France has, with rentals having to be band 'D' or better energy rated. His cottage had very low ceilings so the cheapest option of floor insulation wasn't possible.
